Vow To Be Chic introduces an affordable, convenient, and stylish alternative to the status quo, offering dresses to rent from $50, 55-85% off the retail price. With collaboration tools seamlessly built into the selection and buying process and flat-fee pricing that covers an at-home try-on, dry cleaning and insurance, Vow To Be Chic brings an age-old tradition into the 21st century. Sr. Data Analyst, Marketing

Job Description

Lead analytics support to develop and implement B2C marketing strategies & campaigns, manage reporting, dashboards and campaign list-pulls

Work with internal stakeholders to understand the analytical objectives and define requirements

Forecast sales and align the marketing spends and programs accordingly to ensure that they deliver on the corporate objectives

Develop KPI’s and the reports to share through the organization and to external stakeholders

Leverage data from various tools (CRM, Google Analytics, etc) to uncover trends for acquisition, conversion, campaigns and mediums

Understand and analyze referral programs and metrics

Collaborate with the Digital Manager and the Director to improve KPI’s

Provide direction on how to optimize spend amongst the various mediums

Offer support and knowledge to the business KPI’s

Track metrics that are deemed as drivers for the revenue and success of the business

Be the brains and go to person on all things numbers

Mine the customer database to better understand who the target customer is and how to acquire them

Manage the daily results of the online campaigns and ensure that tracking is set up for both online and offline programs in collaboration with the product team

Experience with multi-variate testing and reporting

Identify traffic and conversion trends by channel, product line, campaigns and opportunities to increase conversion

Develop predictive modeling and multi-variate analysis

Ability to synthesize and analyze diverse information from various sources

Develop and conduct list pulls and reports from the SugarCRM system for sales and marketing initiatives>

Experience Required

Customer Relationship Manager

Job Description

Someone who can become the voice of the consumer and encourage her to share her experiences

Drive leads through the customer journey and sales funnel to increase customer conversion

Develop programs to assist in obtaining referrals, reviews and repeat purchases

Manage, develop and execute the email strategy : day-to-day, transactional, promotional and sales-drivers

Partner with sales and customer service teams to develop the voice of the customer turning key insights into strategies, creative and messaging

Develop research and surveys to define the customer target and learn how to better “delight” them Implement an affiliate program to provide added benefit to customer base and grow a new revenue stream

Manage the social content on all social outlets Collaborate with Director to develop programs that engage leads and retain relationships with customers

Partner with the product team to improve the customer experience on the website and increase conversion rate Utilize and develop research to review what new product category launches should be explored and offered on the site

Develop and manage both online and offline referral program

Develop strategies and programs to sell deeper into the Vow offerings

Experience Required

A passion for understanding what drives a consumer to purchase

A desire and understanding on how to turn insights and learnings into actionable strategies and programs Inherent need to please customers and make everything about them and what they need

Minimum 5+ years combination of customer advocacy and marketing

Email marketing experience mandatory

Having developed referral program and/or word-of-mouth programs preferred

 

Merchandiser / Planner

Job Description

- Liaise between the Sales, Customer Service and Operations teams on a daily basis

- Lead all planning and order placement for dresses and accessories

- Work directly with our designers/vendors and manage shipments times, rush orders, order changes, etc.

- Analyze and assess the sales performance of dress styles, colors, etc.

- Develop and evaluate unit plans, projections, inventory flow, and sell-off plans

- Maintain reporting for Return for fit, Problem order rates, damage rate, etc.

- Present recommendations and other analysis to senior leadership related to driving short and long-term business goals including hind-sights, color/pattern selling, etc.

Requirements

- BA/BS degree; Finance, Operations, Retail Management, Business Management or an analytical focus is strongly preferred

- Must have 2+ years of experience in retail merchandise planning

- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel required, including v-lookups and pivot tables; Must be able to manipulate data in Microsoft Excel to drive business decisions

- Creative problem-solving skills

- Ability to multi-task

- A strong desire to contribute to a fast-growing startup
