HOW IT WORKS

We ask all bridesmaids to get professionally measured, as this will help you and our Bridal Stylists determine your perfect size. Most dress styles are available in sizes 0-18, and our gowns come in two lengths — Regular, for women 5'0” - 5'5” tall, and Long, for women 5'6” - 5'10” tall. If you have any questions, just call our Bridal Stylists and they will be happy to help you.

You cannot alter your dress rental, but you shouldn't have to! Our Bridal Stylists can help you determine the right size and length, based on your professional measurements and desired heel height. If for some reason your rental needs a minor adjustment to make it fit even better, temporary solutions — such as pinning a strap or using hem tape — will usually do the trick. Or, if you really want to make the dress your own, you can purchase it and alter it any way you please.

Be sure to try on your dresses as soon as they arrive and contact us within 24-hours so we can provide a solution.

Great question! Some dress styles are available to try on before you rent them, for $19.95 ($14.95 plus $5.00 shipping). The try-on dress may not be available in your specific color choice, though we’ll do our best to accommodate any requests. We ask that you try the dress on and return it 1-3 days after you receive it. IMPORTANT NOTE: The try-on does not guarantee that dress will be available for your wedding. We strongly recommend placing your order while you await your try-on. If the size changes, based on the try-on, we will happily update your order.

Rentals come in a wide assortment of styles and colors all under $100. Your dress, plus a backup size (if you choose to have it), arrives 2 weeks before the wedding date. The dress is insured, so you can kick up your heels with confidence. We ask you to return both dresses 1-3 days after the wedding in the prepaid package we provide. We handle the professional dry cleaning, and you keep the memories!

Some dresses are also available for purchase. This may come in useful if you’re looking for a dress straight off the runway, a special size (beyond 0-18), you’re interested in altering the dress in any way or you just love it so much that you have to make it your own.

Look for the “Rental or Buy” drop-down menu before you choose your dress and size, and select any of the three options that’s right for you (if requesting a try-on, you do not need to choose your color) . If you have questions along the way, you can always contact our Bridal Stylists.

The rental period is just over two weeks. Bridesmaids receive their rentals two weeks before the wedding date and are asked to return them 1-3 days after the event, using a prepaid package we provide. Keep the garment bag - it's our gift to you!
